Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully. 

This is the Return and Refund Policy of Protueri LLC

1 – CHANGES TO OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

1.1 Any major changes made by the Client to an order after the contract has been concluded shall entitle . to either modify the quoted price and/or term of delivery or refuse to execute the order. In the latter case, the Client shall pay for the work already performed.

1.2 Cancellation of an order by the Client shall entitle Protueri LLC. to claim payment of any work already performed for that order as well as compensation for hours spent on research for the remainder of the order. . shall make the work performed available to the Client at the latter’s request, but shall accept no responsibility for its quality.
 
1.3 If . has reserved time for the execution of the order, it may charge the Client 50% of the fee for the non-executed part of the work.
 
1.4 Quoted prices shall apply only to services conforming to agreed specifications.
 
1.5 Protueri LLC. shall be entitled to raise the agreed price if it is forced to perform more work or incur more costs than might reasonably have been foreseen on conclusion of the contract as a result of having to work with very difficult or unclear specifications, for example, or faulty files or computer programs supplied by the Client. This list of examples is not exhaustive.
 
1.6 Payment for services supplied under the contract are due prior to commencement of work or, if agreed by Protueri LLC,in staged payments for bulk material (or within any other term fixed by Protueri LLC. in writing). Payment shall be net and in full – without any discount, set-off or suspension – in the currency invoiced. If payment is not made by the due date, the Client shall be in default – immediately and without notice of default being required – as well as owing the statutory interest on the invoice amount from the due date until full settlement.
 
1.7 In case of rejection from agency/university, Protueri LLC. will refund 100% money to the customer. Refund is subject to written proof from the concerned agencies or university.
 
2- COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
 
2.1 If the Client has any complaints about the service supplied by Protueri LLC,it shall submit them in writing as soon as possible, yet never later than 3 days after receiving the said service. Lodging a complaint shall not release the Client from its obligation to pay.
 
2.2 If no complaints are made within the term fixed, the service shall be deemed to have been fully accepted, and Protueri LLC. shall only act on complaints if it sees fit to do so. Protueri LLC. changing any part of the project including translated or edited text at the Client’s request shall in no way constitute an acknowledgement on the part of consulting or services of having supplied an inferior service.
 
2.3 In the case of a valid complaint Protueri LLC shall be granted a reasonable period of 60 days time to improve or substitute the service. If Protueri LLC cannot reasonably be expected to perform the required improvements or substitution, it may grant the Client a discount or refund at which time written notice will be given
 
2.4 The Client’s right to complain shall lapse if the Client has itself edited or has hired others to edit the part or parts of the service concerned in the complaint, regardless of whether it has subsequently supplied the service to a third party or not.
 
2.5 All setup fees are non refundable on all products fees and subscription fees for customers and or affiliates. 
 
2.6 all monthly fees are non refundable for all products, affiliate fees or monthly service fees. 
 
2.7 All consultant fees are non refundable and to be paid at the time service is rendered. 
 
2.8 Refunds on services are to be paid back 90 days after cancelation by certified company funds to client and client only who has, entered an agreement. Refunds are not payable to third parties under any circumstances. 
 
2.9 A sixty day notice must be made prior to all  cancelations
 
3.0 All monthly social media fees and or SEO fees can be escalated and billed for the remaining amount upon cancelation using the payment method on file. Client agrees and understands that exclusive trade secrets or methods and methodologies have been shared and such trade secrets are being paid for regardless of intent to use. These methods and all marketing methods  are in ownership of Protueri LLC, at all time unless further expressed by written agreement or released in a formal agreement. 
 
3.1 client in not entitled to refund if the client has failed to meet provisions of company relationships
 Example: client has failed to buld api allowances from vendors, third party vendors and or other related services that would or could cause Protueri LLC. To be unable to finish projects or development of any kind.  
 
3.2 All website one time payment fees are only refundable past the 60 day notice clause and upon the cure or fix date lapsing in article 2.8
